Southwest Plastic Surgery is offering alloClae at promotional pricing through November 30, 2026, or while supplies last. The first five patients treated during the promotion also receive a $500 rebate from Tiger Aesthetics, the company that makes alloClae, paid by the company after treatment.

alloClae is donated human fat tissue, processed to keep the structure of the fat and placed in the office under local anesthesia. No liposuction. Dr. Frank Agullo, who founded the practice, was one of the first twenty surgeons invited to use it.

Promotional Pricing

Volume Promotional price Typical use
12.5 cc $3,850 Minor irregularities
25 cc $5,500 Breast or irregularities
50 cc $8,500 Breast or hip dips
75 cc $10,250 Breast, hip dips, or buttock
100 cc $12,000 Breast, buttock, or hip dips
200 cc $21,295 Large-volume buttock or breast
300 cc $30,590 Large-volume, may be staged
400 cc $39,885 Large-volume, may be staged

Each price includes everything for the in-office procedure under local anesthesia. IV sedation, if a patient prefers it, carries an added anesthesia cost. The volume is set at the consultation, so a quote may fall between two rows, and larger volumes may be placed in stages. The $500 rebate goes to the first five patients treated during the promotion; the patient coordinator confirms whether one is still available at booking.

Where Dr. Agullo Uses It

“We’ve been using alloClae very often. I’m one of the early adopters, and actually one of the first 20 surgeons who was invited to start using alloClae, more than a year ago. The most common places we’re using it are in the breast, in liposuction contour irregularities, and in the buttock, especially for projection or to fill in the hip dips. We’re performing this procedure at least two to four times per week, so it has become a very popular therapy.”

Who It Suits

“The first patient actually had enough fat in the flank area, so we could have done a BBL. But he is a professional who did not have any downtime and wanted to get back to work the next day. He preferred alloClae, since it is done with local anesthesia and he can return to work the next day and to exercise within a week.”

“The second type of patient is usually someone who has already had multiple BBLs and liposuction procedures, so there truly isn’t any donor fat the patient can provide from their own body. At this point, we have to rely on biomodulators like Sculptra. But as soon as alloClae came out, it became a much better option, since it feels like fat, tends to last much, much longer, and is more predictable.”

How It Is Regulated

“alloClae did not skip FDA approval, because donor grafts do not go through the same FDA channel as drugs. They do have to comply with strict FDA guidelines.”

alloClae is an FDA-regulated human tissue allograft, sterile and biocompatible. Dr. Agullo’s full explainer, including where alloClae stops and fat transfer takes over, is on the APS blog.
