Southwest Plastic Surgery uses the PicoSure laser by Cynosure, a picosecond platform that delivers ultra-short pulses of energy to shatter tattoo ink into particles small enough for the body to clear naturally. PicoSure treats a wide range of ink colors, including stubborn blues and greens, and delivers the target result on an efficient course of sessions. Per-session pricing depends on the size of the tattoo and the number of sessions the piece needs. The 20% September discount applies per session, and single sessions qualify. Skinvive by Juvederm
Offer: $550 per session (one syringe)

Skinvive is the newest member of the Juvederm family from Allergan. It is a hyaluronic-acid microdroplet treatment placed just beneath the surface of the skin to improve smoothness, hydration, and glow, particularly across the cheeks. Patients describe the result as looking well-rested and lit from within, with a natural, radiant finish. Skinvive is FDA-approved for cheek skin smoothness in adults and pairs well with sunscreen, medical-grade skincare, and light-based skin treatments. Our September special is $550 for one full syringe per session. Results build over the first few weeks and typically last around six months.

Morpheus Face and Neck
Offer: $1,000 per session

Morpheus8 by InMode is a fractional radiofrequency microneedling device that combines fine microneedles with heat energy delivered deep into the dermis to trigger new collagen and remodel existing tissue. The Face and Neck protocol firms and refines the jawline, upper neck, and cheeks, softens early jowling, and improves fine texture, with downtime of a day or two of pinkness. Morpheus8 is a strong fit for patients in their late thirties through sixties who want visible tightening and refinement of the face and neck skin, as a stand-alone quality upgrade or as maintenance after facelift surgery. September pricing is $1,000 per single session. A typical course is one to three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, depending on skin goals.
